U/W Angelic Geist, need opinion on mana base and sideboard.

Overall, I like this deck a lot. I want to know if I need to redo my mana base for more consistency. I would like it to run smoothly, faster would help. I feel like it should have better rythym. Also would appreciate some ideas on my SB.
