Blue deck

can any one make a good blue :manau: deck but cheap 1-25's

prefer: creature-based, combo-based, control, and burn

I was messing around the other day with making a "gain control of target creature until end of turn" blue deck which had a good amount of return to hand and counterspells to keep you alive to that point.

It seems like a fun deck to play with, although i don't have a hard copy of it, despite being mostly older cards.
