Deck Challenge : Blue Control

i want to make me a deck that is full of :manau: and can take control of every monster they have. like if they summon a monster in my turn i can take over it forever thank you

I think the cards you are looking for are Sower of Temptation and Vedalken Shackles. To a lesser degree cards like phyrexian metamorph and phantasmal image.

Here are 3 different versions of blue control, a countertop, a faerie and a countertop/faerie hybrid. Enjoy.
