indestructable lands
Can Armageddon destroy indestructible lands?
I assume yes but hope not
If it can't then it's going to be evil in a treefolk deck with timber protector

no, indestructible literally means "can't be destroyed".
700.4. If a permanent is indestructible, rules and effects can't destroy it.
If I were to play Tyrant of discord and an indestructible land chosen at random would it remain in play or do you leave it on the battlefield so it isn't possible to randomly choose the indestructible land?

The opposing player has to sacrifice their permanent. If an indestructible land is randomly selected, then that player has to sacrifice it. Indestructible prevents destruction, not sacrifice.
