Blue/Black/White Deck

Please could someone kindly
evaluate my deck, I had a lot of controversial, whether
not to use or not...
it's not like it's bad in my opinion, but I'm not sure, if it's tournament quality,
so please look it, give me some CnC.

why the boots?
take out the evil twins and replace them with fantasmal image, drop your saint trafts down to 2 and add 4 snap casters instead of doomed travelers, take out the honor of the pure to make room for more control cards. this is the deck my friends runs and it is preforming very well because it puts out early pressure then counter the opponents answers.

your deck has no purpose, if you want it to be spirits then add in 4 midnight haunting and 4 intangible virtue, and remove all Doc Martin's, gitax probe and twin and 1 vapor snag.
