hmm mono green huh look into these cards
Green Sun Zenith
Strangle Root Geist
Primaeval titan
Your mana Curve it kinda backswards for green decks , green is all about big creatures but most of your deck is 1 to 3 drops further more you need to add cretures than give you mana green deck haves big creatures with big mana cost so you need a mana engine add more things to grow your mana pool
i dont know how good wurm's tooth is i have never played mono anything but i have never seen anyone play it so i would assume it not good use of deck space.
replace them with
Birthing Pod maybe?

I use Wurm's tooth (and the others in their respective mono-color decks) in my mono-green deck and its ok, but it really only pays off in my opinion when used against another mono-green deck since then all of their spells have a chance of giving you 1 life. Tho none of the decks with them in it are used for anything but casual play.


You seem to be lacking heavily in mana-ramp, personally I would suggest adding some llanowar elves at the very least
