Well from what it looks like to me, you have WAAAAYYYY too much going on there. it looks like a commander deck, but with 62 cards instead of 100 and the odd double of a card.

Buildiung a deck like this will never be consistant, especially in standard. It is going to be far too slow, you're never going to get the cards you're wanting to get...

If you're wanting to run a RW Aggro Battle cry deck, youre going to want things like

4x Goblin Wardrivers
4x Hero of Bladehold
2x Hero of Oxid Ridge
4x Signal Pest
4x Memnite
3x Mirran Crusader
2x Jor Kadeen (if you want to run him)
Maybe even 2-3 Instigator Gangs

You're going to want cards for help as well, such as

Oblivion Ring
Tumble Magnet
Arc Trail
Shock
Gut Shot
Dispatch

Maybe some Swords if you can afford them, i know being new this may be out of range at the moment unless you have some actual cash flow

but thats some ideas. If you want consistency, you need to narrow it down to the creatures which you want to run the most, remember a playset in a deck is 4.

Dual lands are you best friend in multi colored decks. For Metalcraft, so are artifacts, such as mox opal, vault skirge, memnite, etched champions, etc...

Take a look at some of the big decks that you see winning tournaments, read on them, why the builders made their decisions, and you'll soon understand what I'm saying

Thanks for the hasty and very thorough response! I just got paid today, so I plan on picking up some of the cards individually you have recommended. I'll let you know how this goes, as I'm meeting up with my buddies this weekend to play.
