I'm trying to remember an old card and I'm having trouble placing a lot of the details.. so if any of this rings a bell please tell me.

It's an old enough card to have white borders, I guess that places it as 7th edition or below if memory serves.

Sorcery, when played it untaps everything you have and effectively restarts your turn, allowing you to draw again and everything.

The picture had skeletons on a blue background. (Maybe.. not entirely sure on that)

I know this isn't much to go on at all, but anyone know what card I'm talking about?
