deck challenge competition! (spending cap)

alright I want to see a deck that has a $40 dollar spending cap and here are the rules...

-It cant be mono red burn
-Cant be mono green creature based

Winner will be decided by a point system...

1/2 point for each deck like
5 points for best all-around deck
3 points for most original/creative deck
ENDS 1/19
people can vote either on this thread or on the deck page for best deck or most original and I will be voting also

Here is my entry. I think the 1 point per deck like system is unfair because some decks may have simply been around longer, or the creators might be popular and have lots of followers that like all of their decks. But if that is how you want to do this, it is fine with me.
