U/G Infect! Comments would be appreciated!

Hey guys, I am brand new to the MTG Vault and such. I have never really looked online for deck help or stuff like that but recently I have started feeling that my decks are not working as well as they used to or should. So, starting anew, I worked on a Blue/Green Infect deck that uses the Livewire Lash as its primary infect source. I have a serious budget on money, so using the cheapest cards I could I made a deck that works alright (haven't really tested in a tournament yet) and would appreciate some tips or comments!

I have another deck coming up that is U/W Control that I WANT to use in combo with this one for 2-Headed Giants. I will be posting that deck later.
