The few that remains
I find it quite shocked that there are some of us other there from the mtgvault community to come back to the site and notice that there is a forum. It is already good to know that there are people already here and signed up. Despite that there is 19 people that have registered onto this forum it still shows that not everybody has given up hope or at least what is what I think and hope to believe in. I would just like to say, if there is anything we can do administrator please tell us.

There's no way to retrieve the forums but I do have a complete backup of vault, I have all users, cards, decks and deck comments, so not all is lost.

Wait, you (Gary) have a backup, but can't restore the site to its former glory?

Correct, because at the end of the day, it's still insecure.

If we put the site back up as it was it means that they can just come along and do it again, it was bad enough once.
Gary needs to go over the code, see what needs to be changed and then Vault can come back to life!
Never fear I will continue to help (nag) him until it is safe!

Correct, all your decks are still in the system and you'll be able to access them again once we relaunch. :)

Just to drop my $.02 into this topic, but the main reason that someone would hack into and do damage to a file based system is because their lives are filled with nothing more than insecurities.
'Nuff said.

hello ppl its been along time since ive played, i think i stopped at 7th edition. anyways during that time i had a friend who had 4 of each card and was able to consistently place top 3 all the time in the local tournies(my lone 1st place victory was an all creature deck, dont mess with that llhurgoyf.) well ive been browsing and this site is the ultimate site to allow us to view cards and make decks, etc...
aside from teh new rules i still remember pretty much everything. knowledge is still there-surprisingly. i am willing to help you guys if you arent sure. implementing the new rules to my game wont be a hard task. i need to learn that planeswalker stuff. have yet to understand that.
