WUB Vadic (sideboard and Run Help)

Iv been runnin this deck at FNM tournys and it eather runs great... like i could wipe any deck like it was nothing... then other games they would be doing the a$$ kicking. so if any of you could please do a look through give me some side board ops, and ways it would run better all of the time that would be great :) also descuse here and comment on how it would run better on the deck comment page just so i can do a quick look up!
