Screw U/B and U/W control, let's hear it for R/B/W control! Also I need help...

Ok, so I had to drive up from New Jersey to New York this morning and on the long ride came up with this deck idea. I think it's a bit slow though, and could use some help. And no, I don't want to splash blue. I really appreciate any help, cause I feel this deck has potential.

First things first. Put out memnite and a mountain or bleackcleave cliffs turn one, then infernal plunge it next turn for a turn two chandra. That should keep smaller guys at bay. Next, heartless summoning, into a rune-scarred demon to search up elesh norn with a liliana somewhere in between. Keep their dudes at bay with liliana and prevent them from putting anyone out with the elesh norn and curse of death's hold, then just hold out and play red sun's zenith for a crazy amount of mana twice with Chandra's ability.

If every game starts with you having the perfect combination of cards then you might win a few games but the chances of that happening are really small.

If you don't have memnite, Infernal Plunge is a dead card. If you don't have infernal Plunge Memnite will buy you a turn at best as a chump blocker but won't solve a bad board situation. Red Sun's Zenith requires a lot of mana to be effective and most of the time an Incinerate or slagstorm are simply better. That new fireball with flashback is better as well.
Heartless Summoning kills your memnites before you can sacrifice them and you don't have enough creatures to make use of Heartless Summoning.
