Need advice for U/W deck for tournaments.

Hello all, this is my first post in the forum section and i hope to get more feedback here than in the new decks section. I have built a new deck with the hopes of playing Standard tournaments and FNM. I chose blue/white humans and it runs quite well in my opinion. Anyone have any suggestions for a draw card with this deck? One i can get the most for my mana. I run visions of beyond in my mill decks but im not sure it will fit this build.
