Fine tuning this deck right now and trying to get it ready for a tournament. After sideboarding it can hold its own against RDW but havent tested it out against many others. Looking for any help I can get with this.

You have 28 Damage Spells in your deck. You also have 7 Control Spells in your deck. The ratio between these two themes favors Damage Spells so heavily that I am left wondering what the extraneous Control Spells do for you. If you are looking to tweak the deck, I would suggest removing them to add more Damage Spells.
In this example, I decided to go with Goblins to supply the Damage Spells with some Creatures.
Creatures
4x Blisterstick Shaman
2x Chandra's Phoenix
4x Crimson Mage
4x Goblin Arsonist
2x Goblin Chieftain
4x Goblin Fireslinger
Lands
24x Mountain
Planeswalkers
2x Chandra, the Firebrand
Spells
2x Red Sun's Zenith
2x Chandra's Outrage
2x Goblin Grenade
4x Incinerate
4x Shock
If you want to keep the Control Spells maybe you could sideboard them? If you're still set on running :manaur: mana, I would suggest replacing Tezzeret's Gambit with Desperate Ravings. I prefer to Discard a card at random over losing 2 Life. I would also remove Spellskite for the same reason, but I think it's a good card if you're facing heavy removal. Maybe it would be better in the sideboard, unless everyone at your tournaments only plays RDW?
