If you really want to play Control, I would suggest removing some Creatures to make room for more Spells.
Chancellor of the Spires is fine, but if you want him in your opening hand for his ability you should probably run more of him.
Æther Adept is perfect. No complaints here.
Sphinx of Uthuun is a Draw Spell for :mana7:, and the cards you get are dependent on your opponent. Ponder, however, is a Draw Spell for :mana1:, and the cards you get are dependent on you. I would remove the two Sphinx of Uthuun.
If you want more Draw Spells, might I suggest Think Twice? It costs :mana2: to Draw one card, but you can use it again for :mana3: to Draw another card. Plus, with Ponder, it means you'll have Draw Spells that cost :mana1:, :mana2:, and :mana3:, which means you can potentially Draw extra cards for the first three turns. Also, if you happen to drop it with Deranged Assistant you can still pay the Flashback cost to Draw one card.
Delver of Secrets lets you look at the top card of your Deck, but it isn't actually a Draw Spell. That said, it's a nice bit of Aggro for this Deck since you will be playing a lot of Instant and Sorcery Spells. A 3/2 Flying Creature for :mana1: is nothing to sneeze at. Add one more.
Deranged Assistant feels a little out-of-place in this Deck. While he is good Colorless Mana Acceleration, you have to dump Spells to use him, and at the moment you have no way of getting back the Spells you lost. Your only card with a Flashback cost is Forbidden Alchemy, but you don't have the Black Mana for it. If I were you I would take out Deranged Assistant, or add in more cards with a Flashback cost that you can use.
Invisible Stalker is perfect. Add two more.
Ludevic's Test Subject is also a bit out-of-place here. If you're going to use him you should have more than one, and more Proliferate cards than Tezzeret's Gambit. I would take him out.
Stitched Drake doesn't belong in this Deck. Even with Deranged Assistant to fill up your Graveyard, you don't have enough Creatures to run it.
Blue Sun's Zenith is good because you can recycle it. It's also a Draw Spell that costs :mana4: to Draw one card, which means you can potentially Draw extra cards for the first four turns with Ponder and Think Twice. I would add two more.
Cancel is perfect. Add one more.
Curiosity is only good with Invisible Stalker, and with all the Draw Spells you have already it would probably be better to cut this one to make room for other Spells.
Dissipate is perfect. Add one more.
Forbidden Alchemy is also like Deranged Assistant. It puts cards into your Graveyard where you can't use them. Plus, you don't have the Black Mana to take advantage of its Flashback cost. I would take this out.
Mana Leak is perfect. Add three more.
Negate is more of a Sideboard card. Keep them, but move it to the Sideboard for matches against other Control Decks.
Ponder is perfect. Add one more.
Tezzeret's Gambit is perfect. Don't add more, though, because losing too much Life can come back to haunt you later.
Trepanation Blade is also like Stitched Drake or Curiosity. It would be good in a Creature Deck, or good with Invisible Stalker, but otherwise it's a waste of space.
Suggested Changes Summary:

Another thing I forgot to mention is that over the course of a few games you could find yourself not getting enough Land. If this is the case, I suggest removing one Tezzeret's Gambit for one more Island. I prefer 24 Land myself, as insurance, but there is nothing wrong with having 23 Land if it works for you.
