I love the help I am getting on here, making me think of stuff I didn't.

There is a difference between a Control deck and a Mill deck. Your deck is like a Control deck (it has more Spells than Creatures), but almost all the cards in it are Mill Spells.

This is a problem, because while you are trying to Mill the other player, you have almost nothing to prevent him or her from running you over with their Creatures.

What I think your deck needs now, more than tips or advice, is a second theme. And nobody can tell you what that is, it has to come from within you.

I revamped it a little bit after a few helpful tips from people. let me know what you think.

My only concern for this deck is the Mana Curve, its a lot of 3s and 5s to play. So I am worried against a quick deck I won't stand a chance. Any ideas?

Some of your cards, like Archive Trap, are no longer Standard Legal. You need to take them out if you're building a Standard deck. If you aren't, you should probably move this deck to another section.

Sorry I don't know whats standard and whats not, I just got into magic with M12.

What would you suggest replacing and taking out?

Archive Trap and Traumatize are the only two cards that are no longer Standard Legal in your deck.

Personally, I think your entire deck needs reworking, but for now I would add 4 Dissipate. You need something to help keep you alive on those early turns. Mana Leak is a good start, but it isn't enough.

Well like I said this is my first deck, So any help is good help for me.
Isn't adding dissipate making it turn into more of a control deck though?
What about Frightful Delusion?

Do you know of someone with a good blue mill deck I could take a look at?
