I'm trying to put together a deck to use in a local tournament amongst some friends and I really wanted to bring together an old favourite deck destroying B/U deck. I'm pretty happy with my current model [ http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=244256 ] but I have a few concerns warding of strong control decks or stompers.

My first concern was if having Chancellor of the Spires x4 is a useful for my deck - It's extremely effective if I can get one or two during the opening turn, but it is otherwise only somewhat effective compared to some other cards I could put in its place.

My other concern is that I'm going to face off against a player who can decimate me before I can start decimating their library.

Any suggestions or comments would be greatly appreciated! :)
