MTG Vault Deck Challenges
Fun 'Challenge': Wacky
I've noticed that the decks people build today (both here on the Vault and at my club) are of the "serious" and "competitive" type. I find that boring, so my 'challenge' to you is to post your most wacky deck that you actually own. A wacky deck is a deck that aims to win in a not so normal way, eg. in my deck Strong Hold On Discipline I give creatures to my opponent.
Wacky
Adjective
1. Ludicrous, foolish
2. Informal or slang term for mentally irregular
Rules:
1) Have fun
2) You must actually own the deck

Ive been working on a multiplayer deck that wins just by having your opponents kill each other.
http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=173489
I would love suggestions as this is still a work in progress

Before there was BearShark, some ancient dude decided, "you know what would be scary as hell? If an eagle and a lion did it and created some badass hybrid creature." The king of beasts meets the king of birds, and the Griffin is born.

As weird as a Griffin tribal is, the deck doesn't qualify as wacky as you still win in a normal way - attacking.

What about winning with Laboratory Maniac when you run out of cards?
http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=242487
I do have all of the these cards, but not the exact number of them, can I count that?

ok this is another laboratory maniac deck
it has two ways of making a maniac win
one is leveller if both are in play the next time you would draw a card you win
not to mention the deck has fluctuator and a lot of cycling spells
and has 8 peeks to see if one can put the combo in play
remand is cheap and it renews for another card, unfortunatly i dont have force of will
Aint this a wacky way of winning??

In that case, I'd have to go with this deck: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=90235 it's one of my favorites, especially in two-headed giant or emperor. Wojek Embermage + Sprouting Phytohydra = lots and lots of tokens.

Hey DedWards,
This is my type of challenge. With so many fun wacky decks to choose from I decided
make this deck just for the challenge and because since I already own all the cards.
Deck link: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=243017
Wins two ways attack with a bunch of manlands (usual wacky creature attack) or
by way of Coalition Victory. (win game if have 5 basic lands and 5 different color creatures in play - a fun win)
A few more of the many fun and wacky decks I've made:
Laboratory Maniac Deck Version 2 - Deck link: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=242291 (win by removing library)
Screw Combo Decks!!!! - Deck link: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=241977 (wacky - No Land No Mana Artifacts almost all zero casting cost counterspells and 1 creature to attack with fun win through disgusting oppoent)
Laboratory Maniac Deck - Deck link: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=233268 (win by removing library)
Tainted Soul's Fire Deck - Deck link: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=225849 (Fling, Tainted Strike, Soul Fire walls and creatures at opponent for win)
Gazillion Ghosts Deck - Deck link: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=164076 (Give opponent a Gazillion 1/1 spirit creature tokens. You haunt them to death ;-)
56 Land Deck!!!(60 cards total) - Deck link: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=168080 (wacky deck 56 out of 60 cards are land fun win kill with man lands)
Treasure Hunt / Land's Edge Combo - Deck link: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=120097 (58 out of 60 cards are lands kill with discarding lands from hand)

That's better :) Funny you should use Sprouting Phytohydra in a :manar::manag: deck, I've been thinking of using it in a Pyrohemia themed deck :p (just need to get 2 more Sprouting Phytohydras and one more Pyrohemia)

Why not post something, I often enjoy looking at your decks, even if I don't comment on them

Because it had occurred to me that I already posted the deck in Church's convoluted combo competition. :P But here goes anyways.

Also here is my Modded better version of my Aurabarbs Superdeck
http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=243898
The amount of damage the deck can do is insane
First time playing it, 4 player multiplayer game - 16 creatures in play (including my animated 'furnace of rath'. My opponent activated Chandra, the firebrand for what he thought would be 2 damage to another player (due to the 1x furnace of Rath.) Then Bam!! Mirrorweave everything to a furnace of rath. Causing the 1 damage to double 16 times for 65,536 damage.
No-one saw it coming. It was funny.

Well this deck wins by attacking...
http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=159036
...but only after turning your opponent's army into frogs and luring them over to your side with comfortable lily pads and insect buffets.

my deck... instead of taking down the opponents life, it works in such a way that you stall till you get 3 specific cards, then you play em all, giving you a huge amount of life, and your opponent 2 options: concede or try to win... also, if they try to actually beat you, you play another card that will let you win instantly!
then you laugh maniacally!

Well nothing says wacky quite like unglued and I built this deck a while ago. Its fun to play when I'm not looking necessarily for a win. It may be possible to tweak it to win more often in a while but you really have to see it to see why its fun. Everyone gets a kick out of it.

http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=248540
Basically everyone gets to cherrypick the best bits from each others decks and plays them, shame Epic fails with Eye of Storm otherwise that'd be Hi-larious
