Need A fun Inexpensive(moneywise) deck

hey im looking for a cheap to build deck list and i want to tr to use the new transforming cards, ive been out of the loop for a little while with magic and i want a new deck my other ones are getting stale

Well, werewolves in general are pretty cheap, and make up the bulk of the transforming cards. They're cheap because they're not very competitive, but would make a perfectly fun casual deck.

You may want to start with:
Full Moon's Rise
Gatstaf Shepherd
Hamlet Captain
Instigator Gang
Kruin Outlaw
Mayor of Avabruck
Moonmist
Reckless Waif

and maybe Kessig Cagebreakers

The important ones are Instigator Gang and Mayor of Avabruk. You will want 4x of each of these, and that'll be the bulk of the cost of the deck. The whole deck should probably cost less than $40, I'm guessing.
