Innistrad Self-Mill - Looking for feedback

Hi Guys, like the title says, looking for some feedback on my Innistrad Self-Mill deck.

Here's a link to a pretty good self mill deck that i saw the other day.

you just have to make room for the maniacs and there are alternate win conditions in the deck just in case

How does the self-milling work? Are you looking to flashback cards from the graveyard that you have already milled? Also, I have an Innistrad / M12 Mill deck if anyone wants to look at it and offer advice. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=243117
