Personally, the big problem I see here is that there aren't enough artifacts to run Kuldotha Rebirth. I'd cut 'em for more burn (or goblins if there are any).

I would take out 4 stormblood beserker for 4 signal pest.. that way, your rebirth is more consistent and your goblins can swing for more with the pest along, i play a similar deck, check out mine:
