Seething Song + Mirror Sheen Question

Seething Song adds 5 red mana to my mana pool. Mirror sheen lets you copy and instant or sorcery that "targets you". Does Seething Song target you?

no, targeting is always explicit (well, except for auras).

ie: if it doesn't say the word "target" on the card, then it doesn't target anything.
