Noobie needs your advice on making a artifact deck

I'm new to magic, i am making a white/blue artifact deck (does this sound good?) I have Myr Incubator, 23 lands, quite a few myr's, what i need to know is what cards do i need, money is not an issue as i am saving up money specifically for this.

I know i need:
-STEEL OVERSEER
-I was told to get SWORD OF WAR AND PEACE & SWORD OF FEAST AND FAMINE
- I think SWORD OF KALDRA would be nice
- There is a 2 Mana 1 any 1 blue card that makes artifact's 1 less mana to cast i dont know the name
- MIRRORWORKS
- WURMCOIL ENGINE ( I believe thats the name?)


I also need some life giving sorcery's, some instants, some equipments, some draw card spells, and i dont know if there are any you may play 2 lands that are white or blue mana?

i was also told there was a certain myr that i should get that when i tap it, it can be any mana i want it to be

I believe the myr to which you are referring is Alloy Myr.
