Blocking

If I have a creatue with lifelink block, I then in reaction to it blocking Urge to feed the attacking creature killing it does my creature deal damage.

no, it resolves before the combat damage step so there's no creature to deal the damage to

Thanks the whole no spell during damage messes me up still a little.
