Lightning Bolts are no longer tournament legal in Standard I am afraid- you'll have to go with Shock instead. Nice idea with the artifact combo- but 5 maybe even 4 should be enough, otherwise the rest just hangs out there. You are missing some more power, I would've considered going with 4 Chieftains. Since you have so few that cost a lot of mana I would even exchange 2 Memnites against 2 Batterskulls- late game winner and you can still sacrifice it for the combo idea.

I would exchange:
2 Gobin Wardrivers against 2 Goblin Chieftains
2 Memnites against 2 Batterskull or at least exchange 1

Lightning Bolts are Standard legal for another 6 weeks.

same goes for Teetering Peaks, Searing Blaze, Goblin Guide, Goblin Bushwhacker and Warren Instigator.

not sure why you singled out one of his cards when half the deck is about to rotate out.

My mistake sorry. Thought LB would rotate out with M12.
