Blue/Red Illusions and Goblins

This is my first tournament legal deck in a while and I could use some help with it because I sort of just threw it together honestly. I liked the idea and I just sort of ran with it to be honest, it's also the first time I've ever made anything with Blue and Red.

This deck is based around Skirk Drill Sergeant combined with Sphinx of Jwar isle or cards like index or sage owl to play lots of goblins straight from the top of my deck.
