Need Help finding card

I need a standard legal card, that is blue or black, that will get rid of enchantments; any ideas

In standard, I don't believe that any such cards exist.

i need something againt my friends mill deck so i can get rid of his jace's erasures

Well, there's always cancel when running blue, if you don't have one at the right time, you could always regress the erasure later when you do have one, and counter it if they ever try to play it again. When I need a lot of counterspells (Deprive, cancel etc.) I like to use Mnemonic walls, when you run out of counterspells, you can always bounce them back to your hand and drop them again, returning more counterspells to your hand.

regress is just the card i was looking for, thanks. I use a lot of counters in all my decks. my friends hate me for it though. here is the deck i am modifying though.
