It really has a lot of things that are to nasty to give to your opponent, some people just quit playing after they got some things like Thought Lass. XD

Theres a white enchantment that says all your mana produces W....cant remember what it is called, but passing that to an opponent forces them to only use colorless mana (assuming you pass it to a nonwhite playing opponent)

but you can't bay Zedruu's transfercost anymore if you play that one yourself XD

Bronze Bombshell is good, and there are a lot of X cost artifacts that you can either use, or drop for free and give away, as they are useless without their counters. I also really like the idea of using Hazid to put the counter on so you draw the card, them giving them a pacified creature.

Can i float the mana, then pass celestrial dawn?

i've actualy been working on a non-edh one of these, and unfortunately i dont have enough time to create a regular EDH to post. but here's what you need:
bazaar trader (donate w/out having to pay)
thought lash (INSTANT KILL COMBO: bigining of upkeep. comulative upkeep goes of stack. in responce donate though lash w/ zedru or bazaar trader. choose not to pay comulative upkeep. because oponent now has thought lash, thier library is removed from the game. WIN)
illusions of grandour
Various enchantments that have come into play effects and therefor can be given away without a draw back (such as oblivion ring and journey to nowwhere)
bronze bombshell
steel golemn
puca's mischief (donates stuff while also gaining control of their trinkets)
vadelken plotter (give them an island for a command tower or maze of ith!? yes please)
gilded drake
