EDH Adjustment Needed

My deck is currently Vorosh the Controller, and though it's name might lead one to believe that it's heavy on control spells, the truth remains that it's more a Mill/Graveyard Buff deck. I currently have a budget of about $15, any suggestions on how to turn this EDH Mill deck into the EDH Control deck I want?

Well, you can start with any number of counter spells. Depending on how much you want to spend on any one card, or whether you'd be willing to work on this over time, here are a few staple suggestions.

Counterbalance, Sensei's Divining Top, Stifle, Flusterstorm, and.. I forget the name, but trust me, it's good :P

Disruptive Student, Disruptive Pitmage, and Mundungu can also be a real pain to deal with, and are easy to integrate.
