Elvish Illusions

I made this deck when the M12 spoiler was done, and it seems it kinda went under almost everyone's radar. Could I get some suggestions?

I've gotta be honest here, your game plan seems like it's all over the place. Jace is a 5-mana howling mine, and you're windfalling them...and casting creatures I guess? Plus there's Xenograft which doesn't do a whole lot. Turning your elves into Illusions for Lord of Illusions is very slow and seems like it's not worth it.
