Deck Challenge: Random

Go to the gather, and click random card until it shows you a non-land card.
Make a deck with four of those cards.
Only use cards that share a color with it.

My card was Perplex

Cost: {1}{U}{B}

Counter target spell unless its controller discards his or her hand.
