i recently made this one and it's under $50 with shipping (if you purchase from the right stores). i suggest TCGplayer.com, because they show a list of vendors to chose from. if you use the site, try to order from only 1-3 vendors or shipping gets out of hand.

P.S. i already own the breeding pools, but they're very expensive at the moment. you can replace them with 4x tendo ice bridge, or 4x yamiva coast, but it won't work as well because the lands sometimes need to be forests.

checked exact price and it's barely less than $50 without the forests and with tendo's as replacements for breeding pool. if you want you can try it with all forests and see how it works since there are 7 blue mana sorces without the non-basics.

Update: if the lands are too problematic for you, try this mono-green version:http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=203952
(still pretty sure it's less than $50).
Note: i looked at the price for the mono green, and it's just below $50 if you change in 2 of the kozileks for other things that do less stuff. the shipping costs are huge if you want the non-basic land. i suggest to not buy the land and keep all the zeniths. as a last question, did you go to the Rise of the Eldrazi prerelease. if so, try replacing kozilek with the prerelease emrakul. if not, you can buy that version in the promo section under "Prerelease Cards". it's much cheaper than the original.

If you have a mac, there is a good deck builder for it called Decked Builder, there is a free one, which only has the cards from ShadowMoor on, but there is one for a bit more that has all of them, and in there, they have a button which will direct you to tcgplayer, which I just realized the person above me already mentioned, but yes, it's definitely worth checking out.

There is this other deck builder called MTGVault that is available on the internet for free, and has all the cards on it for free, and each of the cards has a button that takes you to a button that takes you to tcgplayer. It's sad that so few people here have heard of it, but it's awesome and you should check it out. I hear their forums are nice too.

On topic: Do you care about standard/extended/friend rage/etc. legallness? I wanted to know before I started working on an idea I got.

sadly it no longer links to tcgplayer, just ebay and other bidding sites.

actually, it does, but it takes an extra click or two.

At the very bottom of the card page, there is a link that goes to MagicCards.info

From that site, which conveniently has all the rulings for the card spelled out (I get half of my ruling&question answers from there), the low/mid/high prices above the card link to TCGplayer.

There's still a direct path to TCGplayer from the card, but it needs an extra click, and if you read my post, I did mention it.

A 9/9 on turn 4, (turn 6 consistently) for less than $20, less than $10 if you already have the commons and lands or get lucky with prices.

The only M10 card in there is being reprinted M12, and has an easy swap out for an M11 common.

But if you meant to say M11 here, then this might suddenly become useless/need major overhaul
