It seems to me that this deck doesn't really stop your opponent, but it has some nice combos in it. Here are some points I would recommend following:

1. You'll have to reduce the number of cards in this deck, especially if you want it faster
2. Remove those shades. There aren't alot of them in this deck, and they aren't very powerful either.
3. Focus on one strategy only. This deck is like a Spirit Pacifism Persist deck. If I had followed my own taste I would've removed Pacifism from his deck and instead put in more Recumbent Blisses and Faith's Fetters that'll help you gain life for Divinity of Prides effect. Maybe put in some creatures that can tap the opponent too?
4. If you're making a black/white deck don't forget Batwing Brume. Really powerful card that stops your opponent and damages him while you're at it.

Thanks for the advice! I used it, but my deck isn't that fast yet, in fact its still 78 ish cards. I added Batwing Brume, Curse of Wizardry, Funeral March, Rite of Consumption, Lingering death, and Orzhov Guildmage to the mix of things. What copies could i take out to make it smaller and faster without affecting the decks ability? Are larger decks always bad to have? Please comment on my "improved deck" lol

Generally you want your deck to be 60 cards. Yes it gives you "less options" however; it gives you more consistant options. The chance of drawing a specific answer from a larger deck is less likely.
Also, just a friendly FYI, I do believe this post would belong in the "Eternal Deck" subforum.
Good luck improving your deck, I'm not much information for Legacy or Vintage playstyle as I don't know most of the cards lol.

Yup, the less cards you'll have in the deck, the greater is the chance of getting the cards you need. By less I mean both the total amount of cards, but also the numbers of different cards. F. ex it's wise to have 3-4 of the cards you want to see often and 1-2 for the cards that can be nice once in a while. If you don't access to that many copies of a card, stick with as less cards as possible anyway.
A little advice: Take out Resplendent Mentor, Kithkin Zealot and Ohrzov Guildmage. Its tons of better options to choose from, like Lone Missionary instead of Kithkin Zealot. You don't need the graveyard spells that much, you have a ton of persist creatures that'll come back them selves. Remove those and put in som Woeleechers or Chainbreakers instead. And IMHO, quit the spirit theme, it doesn't help you a lot and I don't see any means for it in this particular deck.
