What set did this card come from?

I was just looking through my rares book, and I noticed something. I have 3 Sacred Mesas. 2 of them are from Mirage, but the other one has the Mirage symbol, but has a white border. I looked it up on the gatherer and it says that it was printed also in Time Spiral, but that's not what this one is from. Do I have some kind of old promo card or something?

Oh. I forgot about Anthologies. Why is it that Anthologies isn't listed in the gatherer? And why don't they list this printing on sites like starcitygames, or even the vault?
