Birthing pod ramp R/G

I've been toying with this deck all day trying to get it to ramp correctly but I seem to be averaging 6th and 7th turn drops rather than then 4th and 5th I know I can.

any tips on how I can get to/get in play my hydra or hand quicker?

Check out the GWB Pod deck that came in 2nd over here:

It's not R/G but maybe it will give you some ideas.
