Boros (post NPH)
Is boros still a viable deck with new powerhouse tournament decks arising??? I think it is with a few tweaks to the standard Landfall/boros. I did some research on fourms looking at answers to this queston and found with a few changes with the main deck and an almost brand new sideboard It can get past most of the decks out there. Check out my take on it and tell me what you think. http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=188756

Things I like: Mirran Crusader. The card seems pretty good right now.
Things I'm confused about: Tumble Magnet. Boros wants to be aggressive, and spending three mana just for an artifact to tap down blockers seems counterintuitive to me. I'd cut those for more +1 Geopede +1 Stoneforge Mystic +1 whatever, probably Mirran Crusader. The deck's not as aggressive as I'd really like it to be, so it's probably going to have a fair amount of trouble with Batterskull.

I was thinking Tumble Magnet in the deck for acouple reasons 1. locking down batterskull for 3 turns witch in boros is a lifetime 2. alpha blocking opposing Tumble Magnets. and 3. locking down some of those beatsticks that black has now. I agree with there not being as much aggro as the original Landfall Boros but seeing some of the new decks around I was thinking It needed some more control even at the expense of some aggro. What do you think of the sideboard change`s?
