BB infect proliferate Help! plz

black is denoted by B, blue is denoted by U.
your also 5 cards over the 60 card "limit" if you run more cards your going to lower the chances of drawing what you need. you also dont have a sideboard.
before we even look at that to be honest your deck is not competitive but it also lacks a theme.
are you trying to go for proliferate as your win condition? im sorry if i sound harsh but this is more of a casual deck, you will probably not have very much fun bringing the current version to a FNM.
you might want to consider making this an all artifact/blue infect deck. black is doing nothing for you here
some cards you might want:
tezzeret agent of bolas
distortion strike
inkmoth nexus
mana leak/spell pierce
tezzerets gambit
plague myr
core prowler
blighted agent
i would cut out all the current black/blue creatures your have.
get ride of some of your proliferate cards so that you have 4-6 of them
and cut your tumble magnet to fit in as much as you can of the cards i listed
this is before we even talk sideboard

-3 contagion clasp: you don't need these if you are running the engine, which for 2 more mana to summon, its the same price to proliferate but you get the double...not to mention it puts the -1/-1 counters on ALL creatures your opponent controls. Contagion clasp only gives you 1 proliferate and if your opponent doesn't have a creature out, you are stuck getting the -1/-1 on one of your creatures.
-2 throne of geth: honestly, you don't need it with a contagion engine and other proliferate cards.
-1 tumble magnet: you can sideboard the extra but, you want to open up a slot for something else.
-1 hand of praetors: i see why you have this in here, but trust me, the minute you summon him, he will be the bullseye target for burn spells/removal.
-4 steady progress: paying 3 to proliferate and draw a card isn't worth it in my opinion.
here's the good news though, we opened up some slots with this so, lets see what we can put in place of these shall we? :)
you need draw power, thats the biggest thing with an infect deck...if you don't get the win by turn 4-6, you struggle big time long game.
for steady progress:
4x distortion Strike - you get the boost, your creature is unblockable, and the spell has rebound:)
for hands and clasps:
4x preordain - pay 1u to scry and draw
for geth and tumble magnet:
3x mana leak - gives you some control to buy you a little time
so here is the finished list including a sideboard:
artifacts:
3x Contagion Engine
3x Tumble Magnet
4x plague myr - 2 drop and is a mana myr
4x Necropede
4x Ichorclaw Myr
4x thrummingbird
4x plague stinger
4x distortion strike
3x mana leak
4x preordain
3x mutagenic growth - everybody wants a pump in infect :P
maybe sideboard:
2x doom blade
2x go for the throat
4x unholy strength
4x see beyond
3x turn aside
thats a super maybe sideboard lol but either way, as jank as it may be, i hope this helped out a little bit in giving your library a little more efficiency!
