Deck Challenge: New Shrines

Hey guys. When I opened up my booster box of New Phyrexia, one of the first uncommons I got was the Shrine of Loyal Legions. Almost immediately, I thought it was junk and tossed it in my "unusable" pile. But two days ago I was working on my Blightsteel proliferation deck and an idea hit me. Proliferation plus the New Shrines may actually be viable. Here's my first go at it and it actually seems to be working pretty well.

I was mostly wondering what other people thought about the shrines and how they would incorporate them into standard decks.
