Hate Splinter Twin

Do you hate Splinter Twin? This deck does:

new phyrexian card called Deceiver exarch

Deceiver exarch :mana2::manau:
Creature - Cleric [Uncommon]
Flash (You may cast this spell any time you could cast an instant)
When deceiver Exarch enters the battlefield, choose one - Untap target permanent you control; or tap target permanent an opponent controls
[1/4]

you play this one during an opponents end step, tapping something important. then your 1st main phase, you play splinter twin on Deceiver Exarch and start making tokens... each token untapping the one with splinter twin on... all the tokens gains haste.... so roughly unlimited attackers, and dmg...

this deck is almost cawblade. just run caw blade its better and it has enough hate already.
