Kuldotha Red Deck

Hi there, I decided to join to get feedback on my newest idea for a deck, I started playing magic earlier this year and I've really taken a liking to deck design, I've made a few very successful decks (I'll link those as well once I post them on MTG Vault) and I'm trying to create a Type-2 legal deck for the first time. I would really like to make the deck tournament viable if possible.

I got the idea for this deck when I participated in my first Draft for the release of the New Phyrexia set, I drafted a deck which had 3 very successful combos. I pulled a Moltensteel Dragon, Kuldotha Rebirth and Mycosynth Wellspring and those were the crux of my deck.

I included Memnites and Ornithopters to give me a shot at drawing my preferred opening, that being a 0 cost artifact plus a mountain being played into a first turn Kuldotha Rebirth both for blockers and threat.

I included Teetering Peaks to increase the effectiveness of my early game blasting and Arid Mesas to increase the speed of my deck given the very low cost of my deck.

I'm looking forward to any suggestions you guys might have.

I would swap out the moltensteel dragons for some heros of oxid ridge. Battle cry and haste... so good.

i think you should try this
-4 mycosynth wellspring
-2 moltensteel dragon
-4 ornithopter
-4 goblin wardriver

+4 kargan dragonlord
+4 panic spellbomb
+4 hero of oxid ridge
+2 mountains

your land base right now just seems like it would give you to much inconsistency in your opening hands. the spellbomb is mainly for rebirth and card draw. kargan dragonlord is an all around better 2 drop than wardriver and hero... :) well he just ends games w/o your opponent knowing what hit him

The thing about adding those cards is that it slows down the deck quite a bit. Kuldotha Red's big angle is that it's super aggressive and super fast at the cost of a bunch of reach. I can see the argument for Hero at the upper end, but Kargan Dragonlord's a bit too much for this style of deck. On the other hand, if you want a slower (that term being relative, of course) style deck, nix the Kuldotha Red axis and just become Red Deck Wins. You gain reach at the cost of the super explosive draws that lose to Pyroclasm.
