Deck Challenge: Zero Cost

I know it's probably been done before, but I'm curious what people will come up with. I'm interested to find the best zero cost/affinity/artifact deck that you can come up with. No lands would be preferred. Also artifact only would be preferred. What you got?

Not 100% free and uses Lands
but based on 0 mana costs.
Can (In theory) Win on Turn 1

How does it win first turn, I am not seeing it.
Dredge is a replacement effect to drawing a card. You can only do it if you are drawing a card. You would dredge instead. You cannot Dredge when you are not drawing a card, and you can only replace drawing a card with dredge with 1 dredge effect.

Uses affinity and some 1 mana cost cards. at most should only ever have to pay 3 mana at most. cranial plating is the biggest win condition but master of etherium helps.
