Help with Tournament Deck
Hey guys, I'm currently working on a G/B Infect deck I'd like to perform with in local tournaments. At this point, I really need help balancing the instants. I don't really know if I have enough boosting instants or control or what. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks :)

One thing I can point out right away is: Verdant Catacombs
Aswell, you're playing without Inkmoth Nexus'?
Other than that, everything looks fairly solid to me!

I would recommend dropping the Birds for Inkmoth, and drop Spinebiter for Skithiryx. You may want to look into running blue for Blighted Agent and Distortion Strike. Both are really solid at getting poison counters in there.

Ahh Verdant Catacombs. Currently working on getting ahold of those. As for Skithiryx, honestly I think Spinebiter may be more effective at getting through since it can literally kill someone in one hit with boosts. Also I don't have any O_o
Okay so Inkmoth Nexus... At this point I have 2 of them, but I've noticed that, while very good later, they suck up too much of your mana early on. Simply to attck you need to tap 2 lands (that includes the inkmoth itself) meaning you can only boost it starting like 3rd or 4th turn whereas Glistener Elf and Plaguestinger are more efficient at getting thru on less mana.
Please don't take me as shooting down your suggestions. I'm actually proxying in all of your suggestions right now to playtest just to make sure. These are just my concerns, and if I'm overlooking something please feel free to tell me so :)
Thansk for the input guys :)

Oh and i think what im actually goinjg to do when im ready to go to a tourny is make my entire sideboard blue, including islands and stuff, filled with Blighted Agent and Distortion Strike, that way I can simply sideboard in an entirely new color if facing a meaty creature deck. But that also assumes I get the balance of instants in the main deck right, which theyre definitely not =/

The primary benefit of inkmoth is 2 fold. First he is effectively a 1 drop infector, and you can attack for poison on turn 2. Second he is pretty much immune to board sweepers. So if on turn 5 someone drops a day of judgement, you're able to get in there for the kill on the next turn.

Ooooooooooooohhhhhhhh... Okay so I'm still a little bit skeptical about the early game, but I never thought of board wipers... That's brilliant... Alright I'm definitely going to proxy in 4 and play against my friend's white control deck and see what happens. Maybe Inkmoth will finally earn its place in my infect deck yet :)
Thanks a ton man :D
