So, i was looking at the comments on inoxerable tide, and someone said that blue/green infect could be really good. i took that as a challenge, and made this deck. tell me what you think.

I decided to make Karn a part of Eldrazi ramp. This deck takes a more defensive approach, seeing as I only have to ramp up to 7, rather than 12-15. White is in there to provide me more time should the need arise.

Already popped out a few okay ones. My personal favorite is the Landfall deck which I find to be CRAZY, but I'd really appreciate help with the Melira and Infect ones if anyone's willing. Thanks very much :D

I am liking a lot of these ideas already. And I do have to say...
I just might have to build and test out that Extraction deck of yours surewhynot.
It's been a long time since I've played extraction style at all...

Brian, I like the look of your deck, but personally I would try and add some kind of card with a proliferate mechanic other than the Inexorable Tide. As an example: Viral Drake

That with a Training Grounds could proliferate very very quickly. Just an idea to maybe help ya a bit.

whitey_mcfly, I'm honestly suprised at the lack of Primeval Titan in your deck. Let alone Summoning Trap or Green Sun's Zenith... And the Omen Machine is just a sick and twisted idea... lol.


And SpippyTheInsane your Equipment deck reminded me of the one other piece of equipment I want in my deck... Batterskull would fit right into my deck, would just need to swap something out...

And one question, does anyone have sideboard suggestions for my deck? That's the one thing I've been thinking too much about... was tempted to sideboard Surgical Extraction. 2 life to remove threats isn't that big a deal... and could do a ton against Valakut (just as an example).

Charlie, you can add Vault Skirge to your creatures. pay 2 life and drop for 1 with flying and lifelink :)

huh...what's your win condition? you only have 5 creatures that can attack including man lands.

It's extraction. I would presume this deck is moreso designed to prevent your opponent to have answers to the 5 attacking creatures that do exist within the deck.

with only one chance in 12 of even drawing a creature...your opponents don't really need to bother with answers lol.

In one sense, yes, but you've got to remember that Praetor's Grasp can take anything from someone. Land, creatures, anything... I've used it to take someone else's Emrakul and lay a beatdown on them lol
