first question; are you going for a standard format deck? if so (which i guess you are since its been posted in the "standard legal deck" section) i would start removing non-stadard cards... (mistvein borderpost and mask of riddles)

then i would look at the cards i used most, and what cards i used less, take out the 1-of's that you dont really use and add more of the cards you do use...

for the crawler to be good you need the card draw, so look into cards that let you draw more... the expensive jace the mind sculptor, has the ability of brainstorm which let you draw 3 cards (opponents loses 3 life) and discard 2 cards...

if running on budget or dont feel like throwing a life saving after JTMS, blue has loads of other cards that can help you... preordain and see beyond is a good start...

i would also look at some of your cards abilities and see if there were other cards with same effect at a cheaper manacost... lay bare for one... a counter spell for 4 mana is quite expensive (in my oppinion) where as Turn aside and a Duress/inquisition of Kozilek lets you do more or less the same, with a small bonus (yes the counterspell may not be as effective, and duress/inquisition of Kozilek are sorceries, but you only spend :manau::manab: on it...)

since you have a few creatures that have an ability that triggers once they hit the graveyard you might also want to look into a way of getting them back, so you can re-use them... elixir of immortality might be an easy answer...
