kuldotha purple ?

i've been running a version of Kuldotha rebirth deck for some time now, which have placed me #8 at a FNM once, which was by far my best result competitive thus far... main problem was that if i hadn't won by turn 3/4/5 i would loose steam and cards on the hand... since red doesn't have any real carddrawing mechanism in standard (plz bring back browbeat) i've looked into splashing a few drops of blue...

would really like some input on the matter as i will be trying FNM again tomorrow...
