Impressive combos

Okay so i am looking for the funniest combo that pretty much instantly wins you the game, but it has to be huge... No dinky entomb into exhume for one creature... Look at this deck for example turn five 20 6/6 haste creatures ahhh

The most impressive combo I have in a deck I actually own is Dragonstorming into 4 Kokusho, the Evening Star. It's possible to get the combo going on my first turn, but I average a 3rd / 4th tun win with the deck:

Kokusho is legendary though so you could only get one of him pretty sweet combo though

This is actually the reason it works, Kokusho will kill Kokusho as soon as they hit the field. The resulting effect is a twenty life shift, killing your opponent and putting you at forty life.

As for my entry, I have two decks I think you might find amusing.

:manaw:/:manau:/:manag: Valakut Combo, uses Prismatic Omen and Scapeshift for a OHKO
http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=149387

:manau:/:manab:/:manar: Storm, I use the Doomsday engine backed up by a supplement of Burning Wish's. It's a very amusing deck to play.

Oh, and there's nothing "dinky" about Reanimators, I can run mine into pretty much any meta, and do pretty well.

:manau:/:manab: Reanimator, uses Iona, Shield of Emeria with Painter's Servant for a total lockout

While it does use entomb + exhume, it is a little more then that

Does happen often but this can happen :d

Turn 1 Swamp -
Dark Ritual, Dark Ritual (5 Mana)
Entomb (4 Mana) - Grabbing: Skirge Familiar
Exhume/animate dead (2 mana) - Skirge Familiar
Discard Grozoth for 1 black (3 mana)
Exhume/animate dead - Grozoth (1 mana)
Search library for: Reya Dawnbringer, Blazing Archon, 3x Bringer of the Black Dawn, 3x Bringer of the Blue Dawn, 2x Artisan of Kozilek, Grozoth, Iona, Shield of Emeria.
Discard them all to Skirge Familiar (12 mana or so)
Cast living death

Hope they don't play a land, lotus petal - Balance. :D

This Deck is my biggest combo deck:
Fling a Wall
http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=64092

It can win turn 1, but not likely

My Rat Deck has silly combo in it, tho it's dumb and doesn't work all the time, but when it does its funny

This one is probaly the most convuleted combo I have, but its epic when it works.
It basically comes down to: Destroy all non-enchantments, gain infinite life and mana, and play every card just destroyed from everyones graveyards
http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=118474

This one, the "combo" is to see how long it takes before you get punched in the face
http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=157480

With Bazaar Trader + Lich's Mirror the only way anyone is getting out of the game is to quit like a baby
((I really want to build this, but Shahrazad is expensive :( ))

Okay here are some of my decks from my infinite combo streak I had a month or two ago.

This is Championing combo; champion champions for as long as you like, bolting anything you want for 5 each time. Deck link: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=138244

This is infinite Morselhoarder pinging Deck link: http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=150199

I have more but looking at them, I'm less impressed than when I made them. Have fun

I have a deck that is eldrazi ramp, though the trick is, there's 2 emrakuls. Infinite Turn deck really.

For an impressive combo, here's a deck that allows you to rip up all of your opponent's cards on the battlefield if they don't concede immediately:

http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=158414

It's slow, uses an "un" card, and is probably not efficiently built, but I was going for the lulz.

PS New to this forum stuff -- be gentle :D

@branden that combo could work but not on turn two atleast turn7or8 also, infinite turns arent that impressive. For example my deck sends 20 6/6 hasters at you on turn 5. Infinite turns arent good unless you use em right

@doom pie well it sounds like an interesting combo but un cards ruin it unless youre just playing un :P

@prizrak somewhat impressive :p like a 5/10 but how does aether storm trigger cobra trap?

Thank you all for your entries
:D

I couldn't find a ruling for this, but hopefully if your opponent pays 4 life to destroy aether storm, that counts as them destroying a noncreature permanent, satisfying the requirement for a lower-cost cobra trap.

But it's not required for the mass polymorph, just fun.

i think you might like this one dragons are def my favorite creature type so i devised this deck to get em out in numbers and all in one turn i played a game the other day were if i had the number of dragons i could have stormed for over 20 of them had 3 pyromancers ascensions crankin :)

I came across one awesome combo not long ago... using mirrorweave, contested war zone, and natures revolt. If you get natures revolt out you can use mirrorweave to turn all your opponents land and creatures into contested war zones. Use something like Looter il-Kor to attack through through them and do damage and instantly all his creatures and lands are yours and are 2/2 ready to beat him down! I run it with a few linvala, keepers of silence and there is very little that can stop it.

I made the combo faster and sillier:

http://www.mtgvault.com/ViewDeck.aspx?DeckID=178255

Ideally:
- land
- land, pentad prism
- land, seething song, kuldotha rebirth, mass polymorph

Bring out Kederekt Leviathan; Iona, Shield of Emeria; and Painter's Servant to bounce all other nonlands and prevent your opponent from casting spells the rest of the game.

(If you prefer impressive slaughtering instead of impressive lockdown, bring out an Emrakul, a Sakashima, and a Flame-Kin Zealot instead. :P)
