Looking for some advise

I've played a lot of MTG on Xbox live, but I'm very new to this physical version. I have just made a 60 card deck

It's a Mono-black, heavy spell discard deck with a low amount of creatures. Basically, It's the best possible deck I could make of this sort, (Discard) with the cards I have. So suggestions to new things would help, but drastic changes won't help much considering I have a small collection of cards so far. Thanks for the advise/help!

What helped me alot was watching ebay and finding someone who was gettin rid of 1000+ old cards ($5-$20). I got a ton of stuff to work with when I was just starting for next to nothing. From there you can get a solid base and just buy a card or two to make something pretty nice.
