Level-Ups....

I don't see how Levellers don't see more play in Standard. Especially since Proliferate is in the same format as them. Is it cos' they die to removal? Is it cos' they're too slow and inconsistent? Or do they just suck altogether?

levelers are very strong, and pretty consistent. The issue is that they are inherently slower than other decks.
