just a little tweaking needed (hopefully)

hey, i'm new to the forums here. i'm andy blah blah and all that nonsense.

anyway, i just started playing magic again after a long hiatus and am going to buy this deck, but before i spend ~$30-$40. i'd like to get some others' opinions on it. so here goes nothing- and thanks for any tips/help with it.
